Do you have experience & drive, but interviews stop you cold? Anxiety, poor prep, and uncertainty about what employers want to hear are three barriers that cost you opportunities you have earned. This 90-minute workshop removes all three. It gives participants a practical, repeatable system they can use for every interview ahead -- built on three decades of real hiring experience and delivered in plain, accessible language that works for every adult in your community, regardless of career stage or tech background.
Every attendee will receive access to a dedicated library resource page created for this event. That page includes the presentation slides, digital workbook, follow-up tools, and Rosie’s custom AI interview practice coach. This gives patrons one simple place to return to after the workshop so they can keep practicing, preparing, and building confidence on their own time.
Rosie Zilinskas spent over 30 years inside corporate America -- including serving as Executive Vice President at AIG -- which means she has sat on the hiring side of the interview table many times. She knows exactly what employers are looking for when they ask those questions that make job seekers freeze, and she has built this workshop around that insider knowledge.
Today, she works with job seekers at every stage of the career journey: people reentering after a gap, switching industries, taking on a first management role, or navigating an unexpected layoff. As a Certified High-Performance Coach, Certified Kolbe Consultant and StoryBrand Guide, she translates everything she learned on the employer side into practical, accessible tools that work for real people in real communities.
