Make a colorful rainbow wand to celebrate springtime weather! Kids will craft their own cloud-and-rainbow wand to take home.

Celebrate spring with color! Kids will create their own rainbow weather wands using ribbon, cotton balls, and popsicle sticks. This simple craft explores rainbows and weather in a fun, hands-on way; perfect for young makers. 

If you are unable to attend an event, please cancel your registration so that a patron from the wait list can join the event.

This program requires a St. Charles Public Library card to register before April 15.
