Transform poetry into art! Hear a poem and create a painting that captures its mood and meaning.
Kids will explore how words can inspire color and emotion! After reading a few short poems about nature and spring, participants will use watercolor paints to “paint what they hear.” This creative program blends literacy and art while helping children connect words to feelings, sounds, and images.
