Families and individuals are welcome to submit a pumpkin decorated as their favorite book character. Trophy prizes will be awarded to the top three choices!
All submissions are due to the Library's Youth Services Desk on Wednesday, October 5 by 9:00 p.m. to be entered into the contest.
Paint, glue, stick objects or other gourds onto your pumpkin to represent your favorite character! Make sure your pumpkin can be lifted and carried to the Youth Services Desk. Please provide character name and book title at drop off. *Carved pumpkins must be fake, no real pumpkins with cuts, carvings or similar will be accepted.
Vote for your favorite pumpkin during Scarecrow Fest at the Library during open hours; Friday, October 7 thru Sunday, October 9.
If you would like to keep your pumpkin, please pick it up by Tuesday, November 1. Any pumpkins left after this date will be disposed.
