Excel is a spreadsheet program that allows you to analyze data, create tables, charts, and use formulas.

Drop-down lists allow you to make a selection from a list of items you've created. It's a useful feature for calendars and spreadsheets shared with others. 

Conditional formatting applies your choice of formatting to a cell based on the data entered in the cell and the criteria you set for the conditional formatting.
