Learn the secrets to making chewy New York-Style bagels!

During this presentation, Bill the Baker will explain the entire bagel-making process from start to finish, demonstrating how the dough is mixed and shaped into bagels. Bill will make three different kinds of cream cheese, two sweet varieties and one savory. At the conclusion, enjoy a slice of bagel, the three kinds of cream cheese along with a cup of coffee. Bill will be available to answer your baking questions. REGISTER

This program is open to St. Charles Public Library cardholders. Space is limited to 40 attendees.
