An introduction to a fun papercraft.

Use paper quilling, also known as paper filigree or scroll work, to make a card.

Beginners and experienced makers, crafters, and DIY enthusiasts will enjoy our handmade projects. Crafting supplies provided. Open to St. Charles Public Library cardholders only.
