Get crafty in the afternoons with the Library!
Participants may need assistance from an adult.
You will need:
- Table Covering
- Cheese Cloth
- Scissors
- Black Felt, for eyes and mouth
- Fabric Stiffener (Stiffy by Plaid, watered down white glue, or Fabric Mod Podge)
- Medium Container
- Small Pot or Planter
- 3 balloons
- 3 Wood Dowels, Skewers, or Chopsticks
- Tape
