Get crafty in the afternoons with the Library! 

Participants may need assistance from an adult.

You will need:

  • Table Covering
  • Cheese Cloth
  • Scissors
  • Black Felt, for eyes and mouth
  • Fabric Stiffener (Stiffy by Plaid, watered down white glue, or Fabric Mod Podge)
  • Medium Container
  • Small Pot or Planter
  • 3 balloons
  • 3 Wood Dowels, Skewers, or Chopsticks
  • Tape
