China can be divided into several regions with distinct styles of cooking. The ingredients used are based on the natural and agricultural products of each region.  Susan demonstrate some of her favorites recipes which will surely bring new ideas for your personal gatherings with friends and family.  Enjoy some delicious food without having to pack a bag!
