Huntley Community RoomJoin Master Gardeners to learn how you can grow microgreens at home year round. Participants will plant a tray of microgreens to take home for growing and harvesting.
Microgreens are nutrient dense edible seedlings that can be enjoyed in salads, soups, smoothies or as a replacement for any green and can be grown during times of the year when you can't grow outdoors.You'll learn what types of seeds are best suited for microgreens, planting and growing conditions and how to harvest.
