St. Charles Public Library
Helen Gale RoomIn this independent storytime, we will build social-emotional skills, increase attention span, and encourage active participation! Please register child only.
Through longer picture books, songs, movement activities, and engaging discussions, children will strengthen early literacy skills, develop independence, and practice cooperation, self-regulation, and problem-solving.
Children attend this Storytime independently while caregivers remain in the department.
*No entry after 1:10pm. This helps us avoid disruptions and maintain a positive experience for everyone. Thank you!
Please choose just one 4-5 Storytime per week, so all families get a chance to join the fun. You are always welcome to join our Drop-In family Storytimes during that same week!
This program requires a St. Charles Public Library card to register before August 15.
If you are unable to attend an event, please cancel your registration so that a patron from the wait list can join the event.
