As AI fluency becomes a critical career skill, participants will learn how to use free AI tools to clarify career direction, identify readiness skills, communicate the value of their work, build strategic workplace relationships, and prepare for career conversations.
Many working adults want to advance their careers, but they are not always sure where to start. Some want a promotion. Others want more responsibility, stronger workplace visibility, a career pivot, higher pay, or a clearer path forward. At the same time, AI is changing the workplace and making AI fluency an important skill for long-term career growth.
This 90-minute workshop closes that gap. Participants learn the G.R.O.W.S. Framework for Career Advancement: Goal Direction, Readiness Skills, Outcomes and Impact, Workplace Relationships, and Strategic Communication. Through live ChatGPT demonstrations and guided examples, they learn how to use free AI tools to clarify career direction, identify upskilling opportunities, communicate the value of their work, build strategic workplace relationships, and prepare for career conversations. The session is delivered in plain, accessible language and assumes no prior experience with AI.
