In this class, Bill the Baker will teach you his basic recipe for scones.

It is considered basic because, once mastered, you’ll be able to create endless options based on your favorite flavors. Bill will show you how to substitute and mix and match ingredients so that your dessert complements your tastes. Come and see why people are talking about Bill the Baker. This program is a demonstration only; samples will be provided during the program, but they will not be gluten-free.
