Chef Michael Maddox returns for another culinary program, this time making delicious sweet treats. Students in Grades 3-8 will be invited to sample custards and desserts as they learn about cooking.

Chef Maddox will be reviewing pastry ingredients, demonstrating how to make a fruit custard and of course, a delicious chocolate dessert. Methods, techniques, and food safety will be discussed while having fun in the kitchen.

Please notify the library of any food allergies for registrants.
