Trade your gently used puzzle for a new one at our puzzle exchange. Starting today, drop off puzzles until February 21 for an early entry ticket to the exchange on February 22.

Bring your gently used puzzle to any of the service desks and receive an early entry ticket to select a new puzzle at our Puzzle Exchange.  The Puzzle Exchange will be the following week on Saturday, February 22 from 2:00 to 4:00. Participants with an early entry coupon will be allowed to browse and select puzzles from 2:00-2:45. After that the room will be open to for everyone to browse and take a puzzle from 2:45-4:00.   

Early entry puzzlers can exchange each ticket they have received for a new puzzle. All other participants may select one puzzle per participant.  

Puzzle Exchange Guidelines 
Puzzles can be any size and must be in their original box or tin. 
All pieces must be accounted for. No puzzles with missing pieces will be accepted.  
Puzzles must be in good condition and odor-free. 
Please tape all four edges of the puzzle box to prevent pieces from falling out. 
All puzzles must be dropped off between February 15-21. 
Puzzles should be family friendly and appropriate for all ages.
Participants will receive 1 early entry ticket for each puzzle donated.  
Each early ticket will allow participants one selection during the Puzzle Exchange.
After the first 45 minutes, anyone may take one puzzle. 


We reserve the right to keep, donate, or recycle any puzzles that do not follow guidelines listed above or are not swapped by the end of the program
