Middle schoolers, school is stressful! Learn some self-care tips for keeping it all together while you’re at home or school!
This program will introduce students to the basics of mindfulness—helping them develop focus, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. Through a guided chair yoga practice, students will learn simple, effective exercises they can do anywhere to relax their minds and bodies. These practices are perfect for managing the challenges of the upcoming school year, from handling homework to preparing for exams. No prior experience is necessary, and all skill levels are welcome.
