Great Decisions is America’s largest discussion program on world affairs. November's topic is "High Seas Treaty." 

The Great Decision discussion group is intended to stimulate a discussion of foreign policy issues. Participants may check out a copy of the briefing book at the Library. Participants should be ready to discuss the article before participation. Topics are selected by the group a month prior to the discussion. DROP IN
