Curious about the new Windows 10 operating system from Microsoft?

Learn why and how to convert into Windows 10 properly. Get tips and tricks on how to make Windows 10 easier to use, including organizing the new start menu and finding your old Windows 7 favorite features. Hear suggestions that will enhance your Windows 10 upgrade experience and help you avoid mistakes. This class is designed for users who are already familiar with Windows 7, Windows 8 or 8.1 and are thinking about upgrading or have tried and still need some help. Class is two 2-hour sessions that must be taken in succession. Prerequisite: Computer & Internet Basics. REGISTERING FOR DAY ONE AUTOMATICALLY REGISTERS YOU FOR BOTH DAYS. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. MUST BE A ST. CHARLES LIBRARY CARDHOLDER TO REGISTER.

St. Charles Public Library serves a population of approximately 55,092 residents of the Fox River Valley community of St. Charles, Illinois, 35 miles west of Chicago. Although connected to the city by a commuter rail line in nearby Geneva, St. Charles strives to retain its small town heritage. The Library, with a total collection of  approximately 400,000 items, offers a wide variety of information and recreational reading to meet the expectations of both the general public and local businesses. In addition, the Library maintains a full calendar of programs to both entertain and educate children and adults alike.
