This 90-minute workshop, taught by Ron Nosek, of Medicine Hawk Wilderness Skills, will teach participants how to identify, find, make, and/or use the items that nature provides for human survival.
The three basic needs are: shelter, water, and fire. The presentation will include demonstration of fire by both flint & steel and a primitive bow drill, hands-on construction of a primitive shelter, and a discussion of safe sources of drinking water. Weather permitting, we will go outside for demonstrations. Please dress accordingly. REGISTER
