Create colorful speckled paper you can use as art, wrapping paper, or whatever you wish.
Supplies you will need:
- A Container - fits a sheet of paper and holds at least .5 inch of water
- Chalk Pastels
- Plastic Knife or Cheese Knife
- Paper
Participants may need assistance from an adult.
